we will strictly comply with the Code of Ethics and take responsibility for our actions in accordance with regulations in case of violation.
Second
we will reject undue convenience, entertainment, and money and valuables in connection with performance of works and avoid improper solicitation and arrangement.
Third
we will report to the Ethics Committee within 3 days after detecting, or becoming aware of, any unethical behavior, including other person’s breach of the Code of Ethics, in accordance with Whistleblowing System.
Corporate Management Declaration
First
we will not engage in any unfair transaction, fraud, and corruption in our dealings with “subcontractors”.
Second
we will report to the Ethical Management Committee of “our company” immediately upon being offered by employees, or becoming aware of, any acts of unfair transaction, fraud, and corruption in our dealings with “subcontractors”.
Third
we will fully cooperate for investigation into unfair transaction, fraud, and corruption, when requested, including submission of related materials(documents necessary for investigation into unfair transaction, fraud, and corruption) upon request.
